We were going to name this page About Us but the STAGGIN brand isn’t about only us, it’s about you, the men of the world who are attracted to other men. It’s STAGGINS’ mission to create a level playing field for all guys when looking for a partner in the real world.
The founder (Adrian Price) realised that he had met all his boyfriends and partners in real life and was sick of the cold and impersonal process of scrolling through app page after app page without really discovering anything exciting or meaningful. He thought “Surely it would be better to meet in real life like straight people do at whatever the bar, café, BBQ, gym or walking the dog. You know, the simplest thing for straights but hit or miss for us until now…”
Covid lockdowns and restrictions have made if feel as if life has been passing us all by. Now the lockdowns are reducing and we’re escaping the house. STAGGIN was created ready to support all of us guys as a ‘gay only’ brand that we can use to find potential partners anywhere, anytime BUT in real life!
We wanted a REAL gay brand that we could wear with pride instead of wearing brands that capitalize on us for the pink dollar. You know the ones with sexy dudes on the packaging or in the adverts to attract us. The gay community has made them cool but our money that made them that way doesn’t flow back to or support our community. We’re not interested in straight people wearing the STAGGIN brand and that’s why our slogan is “If you’re straight, wear something else!”
